Oil mist always causes plants, equipment and products to become greasy. Modern metal processing machinery is usually controlled by sensitive electronic components, and unplanned outages caused by contaminated circuit boards can reduce production efficiency. After the equipment and products are coated with a layer of oil, they become difficult to handle, which is very unfavorable to production.

SP Solution:

Collect oil mist and oil fume from the source (closed machine tool or open machine tool), and the oily air slowly flows through the filter medium layer. The oily airflow enters the bottom of the filter unit and moves upward through the filter element. Large particles are filtered by the bottom filter element. After the small particles pass through the bottom filter element, they will be captured by the upper filter element. The captured oil mist is discharged from the surface of the filter down to the collection tank under the action of gravity.
