The membrane separation method is commonly used in the desalination process. The raw water is pumped to the quartz sand filter to reduce the turbidity, and the content of COD, colloids and organic macromolecules is reduced in the activated carbon filter. The activated carbon effluent is then sent to the security filter for post-pretreatment, so that the raw water SDI is less than 5mg/l, which meets the water inlet requirements of the reverse osmosis (RO) host. The qualified water after the security filter is pumped by high pressure to the RO host reverse osmosis for desalination treatment. The organic matter, colloid and salt and inorganic salt retained by the reverse osmosis membrane are directly discharged from the concentrated water side, and will not pollute the environment. The product water is sent from the clear water side of the membrane to the decarburization tower to remove the carbon dioxide gas permeating to the clear water.
