Reformed gas and other hydrogen-containing tail gas usually contain water vapor, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane, nitrogen and other tracer gases, and filter equipment is required for gas purification.
SP Solution:
The PSA system can remove these impurities through the adsorption bed under the inlet pressure. The purified product hydrogen will pass through the adsorption bed and produce very low pressure drop. When the pressure of the adsorbent bed drops, the impurity gas in the adsorbent bed will be discharged, and the adsorbent will be regenerated. This PSA continuous cycle process produces clean product gas and discharges impurity gas. Exhaust gas can be used as primary fuel to re-enter the reforming hydrogen production process or as other fuels to form an efficient comprehensive treatment process.
