Silicone production process
The production of organosilicon monomers mainly includes three processes: methyl chloride process, synthesis process, and distillation process.
It involves organosilicon monomer and supporting equipment, silicon powder processing production line, methyl chloride synthesis production line, monomer synthesis production line, monomer fractionation production line, dimethyl hydrolysis and separation production line, etc.
In the production process of organosilicon, silicon and methyl chloride are used as production raw materials, and ternary copper catalyst (main catalyst) and zinc (auxiliary) are commonly used to promote the synthesis of organosilicon monomers.
Solution
During the synthesis process, slag and waste contacts will be produced. The main components of the waste contact body are silicon, copper, carbon, zinc, etc. The synthesis process and the rectification process will produce part of the exhaust gas (exhaust gas) during the production process, and each process will vent the exhaust gas during the maintenance and replacement. Due to the small particles of the waste contact body and the high activity of the copper powder, it is prone to oxidation reaction in contact with air, causing the organic matter and carbon in it to burn and emit pungent white smoke, which is not easy to store. Therefore, the recovery of materials and catalysis and the treatment of tail gas have become the core of saving production costs and meeting environmental protection requirements.

The presence of these particles will affect the production stability and heat exchange efficiency, and the accumulation of dust will cause an explosion hazard. Therefore, filtration and separation are an indispensable and vital link in the production of organic silicon. The filter separation device not only protects the safety of equipment production, but also improves the product yield.
1. Filtration and separation of material
Silicon powder is widely used in cast refractories and fused and sintered refractories. Such as high-performance low-cement refractory castables and prefabs, breathable bricks, and ceramic products; it can also be used in mortar and concrete to become tunnels, airport runways, concrete pavements, and coal mine tunnels. Or nano-silica sol, used as an active material for high-grade environmental protection coatings, fireproof and anti-corrosion coatings, etc. Silicon copper powder can be used as a deoxidizer and alloying agent in the steelmaking industry, and it can also realize the recycling of catalysts.
2. Filtration and separation of tail gas
The raw materials of the organosilicon device are methyl chloride and silicon powder (silica powder is also used as a carrier). The gas-solid phase reaction occurs in the fluidized bed reactor to produce methylchlorosilane mixed monomer, and the gas-phase product of the reaction is dust-removed and separated.
